Skincare Product Returns & Refunds policy
We want you to feel confident in your skincare purchase.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order
• Products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a refund
• Opened products must be at least half full and are eligible for exchange only
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot offer refunds on opened products.

We will reimburse you within 24 hours from which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
